5. Payments & Refunds

All payments are due as per the invoice or contract terms.

Monthly retainers or ad management fees are non-refundable once the work has commenced.

Ad spend budgets are billed separately through the client’s advertising accounts (Meta, Google, etc.).

If payment is delayed, Glixmedia reserves the right to pause ongoing campaigns or services until dues are cleared.

6. Performance Disclaimer

While we strive for the best results, marketing outcomes depend on several factors (including audience behavior, competition, budget, and market conditions).
Therefore, Glixmedia does not guarantee specific results, ROI, or lead volumes.

7. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality.
All data, strategies, creative assets, and campaign information shared between Glixmedia and the client remain confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without prior consent, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glixmedia shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Any data loss, downtime, or third-party service errors (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads).

Any delays or results affected by client-side actions, such as delayed approvals or incomplete information.

Our total liability under any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

9. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

Our services may use third-party tools or platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, GoHighLevel, Squarespace, Shopify).
We are not responsible for the policies, performance, or availability of these platforms. Clients are subject to the terms and privacy policies of those platforms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice per the specific contract terms.
Outstanding dues must be settled before termination becomes effective.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra.
